Beyond simple looping, the RC-5 Loop Station enhances your playing with a built-in phrase memory and rhythm engine, offering inspiring grooves for any style. Each rhythm includes A/B variations, selectable via the pedal or MIDI control for real-time transitions. The reverse function adds even more creative possibilities, bringing unique textures to your music.
The BOSS RC-5 provides comprehensive control with built-in pedal switching for recording, overdubbing, playback, stop, and undo/redo functions. For expanded flexibility, you can connect up to two external footswitches or an expression pedal to assign additional functions and achieve dynamic real-time adjustments.
With TRS MIDI I/O, the RC-5 integrates seamlessly with MIDI switchers, foot controllers, drum machines, and DAWs. Plus, USB connectivity allows you to back up loops and import WAV files via BOSS Tone Studio, turning the RC-5 into a powerful playback hub for jam tracks, lessons, or live performances.
